Real lead tests
The heaviest taps can only be tested by sending one.
A sent form or a sent chat is a lead. Nobody can check those from the outside without sending one. We do it only with your permission, and the lead says it is a test.
Three things before the first test.
Prove you control the site
A work email at the store’s domain, a tag on the site, or a DNS record.
Agree to the test
You choose which forms and chats, and how often.
Tell your BDC
We show exactly what the marked test lead looks like, so nobody calls a fake shopper.
What a test checks
- The form-sent or chat-sent event reached your Google Analytics account
- Which other accounts received it
- The time it took
A test does not prove the lead reached your CRM or that someone answered it. Real lead tests are not open yet.
