What we click
Is your Contact Us button reporting?
Contact Us usually sits in the site bar, so it shows on most pages. When its signal is missing, your reports lose the shoppers who were closest to reaching out.
What we click
- Contact Us in the site bar, on each kind of page
- Message Us, Check Availability, and other buttons that ask the shopper to reach the store
- Buttons that open a new page are noted and left alone
What we saw on a real store
On one Mazda store, Contact Us was silent on 18 of 18 page types, including the vehicle page. Every other kind of button on the same pages was counted.
Who to call when it misses
Your website provider. The button lives in their site bar.
What the free check does not test
- Whether the contact form behind the button sends a lead
Not tested is not a failure.
