Watching and alerts

A clean check is good for one day. Watching is for the next one.

Website updates, a new chat vendor, or a swapped trade tool can silence a button overnight. Nobody at the store notices until the reports look thin.

  1. We save a baseline

Your first check sets what is counted today.

  2. We check again

Same pages, on a schedule you choose.

  3. We look twice

When a counted tap goes quiet, we check it a second time before we email.

  4. We name the owner

The alert names who to call and links the note to forward.

Quiet when nothing changed

A weekly email that proves it ran.

When nothing changed, the weekly email says how many taps were checked, on how many page types, and when. A missed check is never shown as an all-clear.

Watching does not fix the site. An alert is not a guarantee: a problem can start and stop between checks, or live on a page we did not open.

Watching

Counted since October 30

Shown next to every control that keeps reporting.

Stopped

Stopped on a date

Only after a later check, when something that was counted goes quiet.

Not checked

The check did not run

Said plainly. Never shown as a pass.
